Macroom Motors currently wish to recruit a Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team on a permanent basis. This is an entry level position, no previous experience required. We sell new and used cars and are a long-established business with a strong customer base and a proven track record in the motor trade industry.

Duties will include:

• Sales process including appraisal, test drive and customer follow up.
• Used car marketing – photograph & advertise used cars.
• Mentoring and guidance from your Sales Manager.
• Learning to manage and develop customer follow-up and prospecting systems.
• Building a rapport and lasting relationships with customers.
• Maintaining and accurately recording all customer contact details using our in-house systems.
• Regular training to maintain product knowledge and increase skills.

Key Requirements:

• Experience of working in a retail capacity or a customer service/hospitality environment, demonstrating a commitment to providing customers with an exceptional level of service.
• Can demonstrate a strong work ethic with excellent organisation & negotiation skills.
• Warm and friendly personality portraying a professional image.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A disciplined approach to following our processes from start to finish.
• A passion for the motor industry.
• Full clean driving licence.
